Malbaya Malbaya walked into the den area, his head high, his amber eyes glancing around him, ajusting to the dim light, he padded forwards silently, his large frame gliding, powerful shoulder blades rolling around in their sockets as he proceeded forwards, he came to a stop and lowered himself to the ground, he lay on his side, the white tip of his tail flicking back and fourth, his eyes were closed, but his ears remained perked, listening intently for any sounds that could mean danger, he let out a deep sigh and then fell silent again. His ears twitched as he heard the unmistakeable sound of pawsteps, very quiet, he lifted his head and stared at the den entrance, waiting to see who it was

Damu walked into the den and glared at Malbaya. Stop being lazy and make yourself useful! he growled. His dark gold eyes narrowed as he stared at Malbaya. He strode forward, flickering his light gold ears. Damu towered over Malbaya, glaring at him with his usual cold glare that he gave everyone. He flexed his claws, gently scraping the floor of the den. It was hard to imagine Damu ever having a kind side, yet he did. Besides, Malbaya was like his slave, so shouldn't he be treated like one? At least he was a respected slave!
OOC: sorry, gonna take time to get used to him since I didn't create him

ooc: i understand, but that is a good start >.<
Malbaya obiedently got to his feet, he stretched his large body then looked at Damu, who was slightly shorter than himself, he dipped his head to his leader, then shook out his pelt and sat down before him, "sorry Damu" he said appologizing for his so called laziness, "is there anything you would like me to do?" he asked knowing it was a silly question as Damu always had something for him to do, like taking messages back and fourth from Narua pride to Baya Pride, or settling a squabble that Damu had created between another member of the pride, it wasnt that Malbaya cared, because he didnt, he respected Damu, and by doing what he asked, he knew he was staying away from the claws and teeth of the Baya's

So you should be. I don't have anything in mind for you to do right now. Just find a way to make yourself useful, would you? The Narua leader glared at Malbaya, showing him that it was an order, not a question. But everything Damu said was an order, after all, he was leader. The cheetah sat down, dark gold eyes still narrowed. Not that he would ever attack Malbaya, or anyone else in his pride. His hatefulness came from his brother, and his leader, Katili. Damu looked at his scarred body, and let out a soft growl. There was nothing he could do about Katili, for that was his true leader. He snapped out of his daze suddenly, and looked up at Malbaya, wondering if he'd noticed.

Malbaya dipped his head to his leader Yes Damu he said, he the dissapeared out of the den and onto the open plains, here he waited, eyes watching the antelope, scanning each one, looking for a weak point in the herd, his eyes came to rest on a target, he grinned and crept forwards in the long grass silently, he stopped and crouched low, readying himself, the target came back into view and Malbaya sprung forwards, the herd scattered, and Malbaya locked onto his target, zig zagging from left to right across the plains, and then the baby antelope made a false move, Malbaya's strong jaws clamped shut on its neck, breaking it with a crunch, Malbaya carried the limp body back to the den, he placed it infront of Damu and then backed up a few paces
